I should be snugging up real good in bed right now. After one whole night shift of not sleeping and prowling, i deserve the rest. Except the fact that i keep getting 'disturbed' by the other kind and i can't close my eyes because i am STILL FREAKED OUT. I can't work like this man. Every single night shift i get fucked because of this. Especially the 300 hour. That's when you start smelling things, hearing voices and for the first time yesterday for me, see something. I'm so tired right now, i can't even open my eyes to finish this post. Bwahaha. Lend me shoulder to rest pls? Anyway, it's Labour day today and the weather forecast is clear skies. Beautiful day to spend with your family, loved one and friends at the beach or your usual spots. Another plus point is that it's a Friday, so long weekend ahead for all you beautiful people. But i am gonna be fair. I'm gonna do a shout out for all the people who ISN'T privileged enough to enjoy this beautiful day. I know how you feel. Let's all have high fives and get something to drink after work shall we? Let's move on to the main reason of this post shall we? I was alighting from the bus today when this lady bumped into me without even saying sorry or anything. Not even a smile. Anyone could tell that she was in a hurry with her 50 miles per hour walk speed and somehow, it got my really really tired mind thinking. Why do we keep rushing ourselves? Everyone seem to get caught up with their lives that they don't slow down to appreciate and enjoy what life has to offer. So caught up in making life work that they don't realize that they're working for life. Get it? I'm glad my brain ain't a workaholic. Sometimes, i make my own holidays to enjoy what i can. Family day, Lazy day, No Rush day etc... You people have to try it man. It works wonders. So slow down. Look around. You'll notice things differently. Take your time to look and smell the flowers. Take in and appreciate the view. After all, we're only human. :D I need to get a control over my head. Because you've been in there and haven't been leaving You got me smiling to myself How? No idea. It's a whole new feeling.
